Advertiser Terms of Service

Agreement

By registering for a WhyLink.com Advertiser account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service. Your use of the WhyLink.com service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, policies and notices set forth below. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

Recurring Monthly Fee

Payments submitted for text link credits will be re-billed each month until you request a cancellation. All credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle (whether they are used or not) and cannot be rolled over into future months. For example, if you purchase 100 credits and use only 75 during the month, you are still re-billed for 100 credits.

Text Link Categories

Target web pages within your account (where you want your text links to point to) must be added to the appropriate text link category. Web pages added to inappropriate or misleading categories may be edited by WhyLink.com staff.

Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties or guarantees are disclaimed. We make no guarantees regarding an increase in search engine rankings, PageRank or any other benefit over which we have no control.

Termination of Service

WhyLink.com reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.
