Frequently Asked Questions / Knowledgebase

I added your code and now I get an "Undefined Index..." error?

Likely the error you received looks like the following:

"Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /home/content/r/o/s/somename/html/ on line 171"

This error message seems to come up very rarely, around twice per year. Unfortunately our system administrators have investigated the issue thoroughly from our end and there doesn't appear to be anything we can do to fix it. The installation code itself is the not the problem as it works correctly on thousands of different websites.

Our best guess is the error comes from some setting in your web host's php.ini file. You may want to contact them and see if they can assist in resolving this. Perhaps they can disable the error checking function in your php.ini file and see if that helps. Otherwise it appears our software is not compatible with your website.
